Built for Asset Owners, Not Installers

Wadadli Solar operates strictly on the owner side. We are not an installer. We do not sell equipment. We are not affiliated with any PV equipment manufacturer or EPC contractor.

This independence is the core of what we offer. Our report reflects the actual condition of your system, not a service package upsell.

Mid-Life Commercial Rooftop Solar: 2014 to 2020 Installs

NYC's commercial solar fleet from the 2014–2020 growth period is entering a predictable mid-life risk phase. These systems need structured review.

Why 2014–2020?

NYC's first major commercial solar deployment wave. Systems are now 5–12 years old, beyond initial warranty periods for many components and approaching inverter design life thresholds.

Why 250kW–5MW?

This system size range represents the majority of NYC commercial rooftop installations: office buildings, warehouses, schools, housing cooperatives, and industrial rooftops.

Common Platform Mix

SolarEdge DC-optimized systems, SMA Sunny Boy and Sunny Tripower string inverters, and Enphase microinverter arrays make up the majority of NYC commercial deployments.
